Access the individual course page via your profile or through the class library and press “continue.” This page will also show the exact time and date the live session will take place.
Before the class is in session the page will read: The Live Session is not ready yet. Please wait for the host to start this session.
Once the class is in session it will change to an
orange button that says
LIVE CLASS.
You have
two options for accessing the same experience: either enter via the portal within our website as you would for Zoom OR you can select “Open in Zoom Client” to access it via the Zoom app directly.
Sometimes we notice that there tends to be less lagging or delay when you access via the Zoom Client.
You will be able to access the chat no matter which way you join!

Recording will be posted within 24 hours of class completion. Please be patient for the upload during this time. Once posted you can access the course page as you would any of our other past recordings to view the class! Go to your profile to see the classes you have purchased. Click on the class you wish to watch. Then press 'continue' to be taken to that video.
Alot of times people have these errors when they purchase classes on a different email address than they try to access them under. Please check that you are logged in under the same email address you purchased this under.
